Completely Happy?

Is anyone really completely happy? What is being completely happy? What is true happiness? Where does true and complete happiness come from?

These are just a few questions that came across my mind. When I think about being completely happy, I think about living a full life with no regrets. True happiness comes from within oneself. It is what drives one to keep on keeping on no matter what. It makes a person feel good about themselves. I suppose everyone has their own opinion about what being completely happy is. Many may think it is having everything you want that’s material. Material things makes us happy only for a little while, but they do not bring us complete happiness, we are not completely happy.

True happiness comes from the One who created us, only then we can be completely happy when we realize that. Being completely happy doesn’t come from something that’s not going to last forever. I want to be completely happy, but life happens on a daily basis. There’s always going to be something to upset that happiness; to disrupt the peace one has in their heart. For certain we cannot avoid it, but we can choose how we deal with it when those things happen.

Sometimes we may just want to forget about those types of things, but we always keep it in the front of our mind. We never forget about anything, but we learn to move on from it.

Loving ourselves is one way to be completely happy.
