When I was growing up, I always wanted to have a quiet place where I could go and be alone with my thoughts. I really enjoyed listening to the sounds of nature. It was as if this sound played that only I could hear. I never knew it was really helping to relieve my stress at such a young age. I knew that I would always want to have just a place for myself to commune with nature. I still enjoy being alone to think about things, and to get rid of my stress.
Lately I’ve been thinking about going out to the lake to chill and look at the water. It always helps to relax my mind. It’s stress relief for me. Having a quiet place to meditate and think about life is something we all should have.
